ISIS (Information Systems Inventory Status) system is a web-enabled Intranet application that allows over 200 State agencies, boards, and commissions to report their detailed IT inventories, including hardware, software, applications, and personnel, to GITA. These database-driven Intranet sites are the first cross-agency Intranet applications in the State of Arizona and significantly improve the IT planning and inventory reporting requirements for the various state agencies and GITA personnel. |

 Using the existing look and feel of the website, we added 3 new sections to the website. The complains module allows patients to initiate and track complaints they make against doctors. The application module allows doctors to apply for a first time license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona, including credit card payment of licensing fees. The renewals module allows currently licensed MDs to renew their medical license online, including fee payment. The web system is tightly coupled with the back-end state licensing applications and databases. |

 ForTheRecord.com is a web-based portal offering rapid access to the court record, with emphasis on the digital audio medium. With the majority of courts and hearing rooms already capturing the record of proceedings in audio format, combined with their imminent conversion to digital, providing access to this important content via the web is a natural progression. The primary services offered at ForTheRecord.com are based on the premise that there are fundamentally two types of users, content providers and content reviewers. Content providers perform the primary function of uploading audio to ForTheRecord.com and then granting access to the uploaded audio to content reviewers. Examples of content providers are courts and transcription agencies. Content reviewers on the other hand perform the primary function of downloading and playing audio from ForTheRecord.com that has been made available to them by content providers. Examples of content reviewers are judges, attorneys and transcribers. |

The architecture implemented a nation wide distributed services directory, web based data replication, fault tolerance, guarantee of service, proprietary messaging, SAT standards, EDI and SPEEDE standards, PKI encryption, and custom directory security (security based service level). Custom interfaces developed for individual universities included data exchange with legacy systems, custom and 3rd party course evaluation systems, degree audit systems, etc. The system is platform and database independent and could be deployed on over 350 hardware/OS/database combinations. |
